Help For First Home Buyers

first home buyer service [strategy]

UPDATE: In the 12 months since we posted this we’ve created a members area for all home buyers. Check it out here

First Home Buyers Membership

It’s not easy buying a property especially when it’s your first time buying. Even experienced buyers run into trouble because buying a property is not something you do everyday.

Saved your deposit?

If you’ve saved a deposit and you’re about to start paying the property game you have better know the rules to play by. The problem is, if you’ve never played the game before, how do you know what the rules are?

Even though things may be going smoothly they don’t always pan out that way. And just because you’re scared of making a mistake doesn’t mean your paranoia will pay off.

Are you sick of being lied to by real estate agents?

Our aim is to empower first home buyers and give you knowledge that will give you the upper hand. We show you how to stand up and beat real estate agents at their own game.

All you need to know is…

You don’t have to be a strong as an ox. You don’t have to have the reflexes of a Formula 1 driver. You don’t need to be a smart as Albert Einstein. All you need to know is…  what to do.

No wonder!

It’s no wonder that buyers are frustrated with real estate agents. This video exposes the blatant dishonesty shown by a real estate agent selling a property in St Kilda on the weekend. The agent advertised the estimated selling price as $300,000 to $330,000. The fact that there was more than 100 people at the auction was a sign the property was priced too low.

The property sold for $415,000. That’s $100,000 more than the price advertised. Unfortunately this is not an isolated case. Agents are notorious for misleading home sellers about the likely selling price of properties.

You need help!

We’ve realised that the buyers who need the most help are the most ignored by Buyer Agencies. Even though a buyers agent can save you thousands of dollars if you’re like most first home buyers you simply can’t afford the lump sum payment required by most Buyers Agents.

Our Solution

Here’s how we can help first home buyers…

First Home Buyer Membership

You’ll discover everything you need to know about buying a house. There’s opportunity all around us you just have to know what to look for.

Over the years I’ve been involved in thousands of property sales. You can call on our experience (and knowledge) to make sure you stay safe when buying a property.

We give you access to the tools that we use to help us discover a properties value. Not only will you get unrestricted access to property sales information and databases but we show you how to use get the best use from them.

Not quite ready?

If you’re not ready to buy right now you can help us improve our service by telling us what you’re looking for in a buyers agent service, and how we can improve our First Home Buyers Membership.

Right property. Right price.

We’re here to help you get the right property, at the right price. And to save you from making a mistake because mistakes in real estate can be very costly.

We all know a property expert

Everyone knows a property expert. But be careful who you listen too because many people think they know a lot about real estate – but they don’t.

Property reports

If you’re looking for information about the selling price of properties, you may find it hard to find. Lack of information on property prices means that consumers who want to know what ‘that house sold for’ normally have to pay about $50 for a report on property prices to find out.

You want us on your side

More importantly, you want to know what we know and here’s why… We konw the tricks and the traps and we know how to play the game.

“When a person with money meets a person with experience, the person with the experience ends up with the money, and the person with money ends up with the experience”

The cost of a buyers agent

Buyers Agents fees normally start at around $5,000. But this is simply not affordable for the majority of first home buyers. The typical fees for the service of a buyers agent are around 1% – 2% depending on the agent you choose and the level of service you require.

The cost of getting it wrong

It’s not just the financial cost that takes a toll if you make a mistake buying real estate. The psychological and emotional cost can be crippling.

One of a kind

This is the only service of its kind – a membership designed purely to help First Home Buyers. While most buyers agent choose to focus on the top end of the market. We offer help to those who need it most.

Your magic wand

Imagine if you had a magic wand that could tell you the selling price of any property before it goes to auction. It would certainly save you a lot of time and heartache. While we can’t give you our magic wand. We can give you access to the next best thing…

How is this different to our Buyers Agent Service?

The difference is buyers who use our (full) buyer’s agent service expect us to take care of everything for them. Our First Home Buyer Membership offers far more support. Rather than us doing everything for you our First Home Buyer Membership shows you how to do it yourself.

What’s the membership worth to you?

Save yourself thousands of dollars by purchasing below your financial limits. Save hundreds of hours (and claim your weekends back).

Peace-of-mind

We understand that buying your first home can be a nerve racking event because there’s so much at stake. We so certain that you’ll love our first home buyers membership it comes with a rock solid guarantee. And you can leave the membership at any time.

We want ten

We want to ensure we can continue our high level of service without compromising our standards. That’s why we only want ten first home buyers to test drive our membership service. Once we have our ten buyers we will…

Proof and pressure

We know what we do works because people pay us thousands of dollars to do this for them. The difference here is we’re here to hold your hand and show you what to do.

In the end it’s your decision (and we’d never try and sell you one of our own properties) if you did decide to buy one of the properties we have for sale we would waive the membership fee for our First Home Buyer Service
